Tématem této diplomové práce je Finanční analýza podniku XY.Cílem této diplomové práce je poskytnout přehled o finanční analýze jako takové a následně zanalyzovat konkrétní firmu a poskytnou návrhy a doporoučení pro zlepšení stavu firmy. Tato práce se skládá ze dvou částí: části teoretické a části praktické. Teoretická část práce se věnuje finanční analýze na úrovni teoretické, zahrnuje tedy kapitoly jako např. definice a význam finanční analýzy,členění finanční analýzy, uživatelé finanční analýzy, zdroje finanční analýzy, metody finanční analýzy atd. V druhé části této práce je analyzována konkretní firma. Byla provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza rozvahy, horizontální analýza výsledovky a analýza poměrových ukazatelů aktivity, likvidity, zadluženosti a rentability. Závěr hodnotí výsledky provedené finanční analýzy a poskytuje návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení stavu této firmy.The topic of this master thesis is The Financial Analysis of The Company XY. Its aim is to provide an overview about the financial analysis, try to analyze a particular company and provide suggestions which will improve the financial state of the company XY. The thesis is divided into two parts. First part deals with the financial analysis from the theoretical point of view. This part includes topics such as the definitions and the purpose of the financial analysis, the users of the financial analysis, sources data for the financial analysis, ratios of the financial analysis and the methods of the financial analysis. Second part deals with the analysis of the company XY. This part includes the basic information about the company XY, the horizontal and vertical analysis of the company's balance sheet, the horizontal analysis of the loss and profit statement, analysis of activity (efficiency) ratios, liquidity ratios, profitability ratios and debt (leveraging) ratios. The conclusion of the thesis provides suggestions which can improve the financial state of the company XY.
