Cielom tejto prace je zobrazit prostrednictvom recovych aktov strategie zdvorilosti vyuzivane v pracovnom prostredi. Za účelom získania relevantných výstupných informácií sme spracovali dotazník Chejnovej (2012). Jedná sa o typ dotazníka DCT (Discourse Completion Test). Použitý typ dotazníka vykresľuje situácie zo života respondentov, ktorí odpovedajú rovnako akoby odpovedali v reálnej životnej situácii.The aim of this diploma thesis was to display and demonstrate the strategies of courteous behavior done by the acts of speech. In order to obtain relevant output information we had conducted a questionnaire survey type DCT (Discourse Completion Test). The mentioned type of questionnaire portrays the situations from the lives of our respondents who answered given questions as if they would have answered these questions in a normal daily-life situation.
