Tato bakalářská diplomová práce se zabývá osobností sociálního pracovníka a jeho rolí v terénní sociální službě. Autorka si klade za cíl popsat profesi a zmapovat náplně práce sociálních pracovníků pečovatelských služeb v okrese Nymburk. Teoretická část je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol, ve které autorka charakterizuje pečovatelskou službu a popisuje osobnost sociálního pracovníka z pohledu předpokladů pro výkon profese a vztahu mezi pracovníkem a klientem. Zaměřuje se na sociálního pracovníka jako člena pracovního týmu a na činnosti, které v pečovatelské službě vykonává. V praktické části je na základě záznamů do časového snímku dne provedeno vyhodnocení a srovnání náplně práce sociálních pracovníků, jehož výsledkem je podat ucelený pohled na profesi sociálního pracovníka terénní sociální služby z hlediska praxe.This bachelor thesis deals with the personality of the social worker and its role in the field social service. The author's target is to describe the profession and review the scope of employment of social workers of the day care in the Nymburk region. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters, where the author characterises the care service and describes a social worker's personality with regard to the prerequisites for the profession performance and the relation between the employee and the client. It focuses on the social worker as a member of a working team and on the activities he/she performs within the day care. In the practical part of the thesis there was performed an evaluation into a time picture of a day on the basis of the records, together with comparison of the social workers employment scopes. The output shows a complex view of the profession of social worker in the field social service with regard to the real practice.
