Předložená diplomová práce Pohled Pražského lingvistického kroužku na lingvistiku 19. století má za úkol předložit obraz lingvistiky 19. století očima členů Pražského lingvistického kroužku. Dále bude zaměřena na komparaci tohoto obrazu s historiografickou publikací A. Morpurgo Davies a s texty hlavních představitelů lingvistiky 19. století. Dalším úkolem bude analýza pojmů týkajících se lingvistiky 19. století, které lze nalézt v textech členů Pražského lingvistického kroužku. V závěru práce se řeší, zda můžeme brát Pražský lingvistický kroužek jako důvěryhodný historiografický zdroj.The present thesis view of the Prague Linguistic Circle at 19th linguistics century has the task to present an image of Linguistics 19th century through the eyes of members of the Prague Linguistic Circle. It will focus on the comparison of this image with historiographical publications A. Morpurgo Davies and texts of the main representatives of Linguistics 19th century. Another challenge is the analysis of terms related to linguistics 19th century, which can be found in the texts of the members of the Prague Linguistic Circle. The conclusion is solved if we can take the Prague Linguistic Circle historiographical as a trusted source.
