Cílem této diplomové práce je identifikace oblastí se zvýšeným výskytem vybraných onemocnění pomocí prostorových analýz. Práce bude obsahovat popisnou charakteristiku vstupních dat, dále testování náhodnosti rozmístění bodů výskytu a identifikaci shlukování a případných shluků. Všechna data budou zpracována s ohledem na různé skupiny pacientů (podle věku, zaměstnání, pohlaví apod.) a rovněž s ohledem na časový aspekt výskytu. Výstupy budou prezentovány ve formě map, tabulek a grafů.This master thesis aim to use spatial analysis to identify areas where increased occurrence of certain diseases has been identified. The thesis will include descriptive characteristics of the input data, testing randomness of the point distribution and identification of clustering and potential clusters. All data will be processed with the respect to different groups of the patients (age, occupation, gender, etc.) and also with the respect to time aspect of the distribution. The results will be presented in the map form, tables and graphs.
