Diplomová práce nese název Postavení svědka v trestním řízení. Cílem práce je podat komplexní obraz o této problematice vyplývající ze současné právní úpravy. Práce je členěna do sedmi kapitol. Na začátku se věnuji rozboru osoby svědka, jeho právům a povinnostem. Čtvrtá část se zabývá výslechem svědka, pátá obsahuje věrohodnost a hodnocení svědecké výpovědi. Předposlední část práce je věnována institutu spolupracujícího obviněného a vše uzavírá několik poznámek o zhodnocení právní úpravy a úvahy de lege ferenda.The dissertation bears its name Victim´s position in a criminal procedure. The aim of the work is to present a complex picture about the problems resulting from the present legal regulations. The work is divided into seven chapters. At the beginning I have put my mind to the analysis of the victim as an individual, his rights and obligations. The fourth part is concerned with the questioning, fifth contains credibility and evaluation of the victim´s allegation. Last but one part of the work is given to the institute cooperative charged defendant and everything is concluded with several comments concerning evaluation of legal amendment and consideration.
