Cílem bakalářské práce bylo porovnání systémů prevence šikany na základních školách v České republice (Olomouc) a Spolkové republice Německo (Marburg). Metodou dotazování byla zjišťována preventivní opatření na jednotlivých školách. Proběhla jejich analýza a porovnání. Byly zjišťovány rozdílné přístupy k prevenci. Dále byly porovnávány dokumenty a legislativa obou zemí. V Olomouci byl větší počet kvalifikovaných pedagogů a lepší spolupráce škol s dalšími institucemi. Další rozdíly byly zjištěny ve formě spolupráce škol s rodiči a v legislativě. Ve spolupráci škol s institucemi, organizacemi, osobami převažoval u škol v ČR soukromý sektor, zatímco u škol v SRN sektor státní.The theme of the bachelor thesis is to draw a comparison of the system of bullying prevention on basic schools in the Czech Republic (Olomouc) and in Federal Republic of Germany (Marburg). The preventive measures on particular schools were found out by the method of questioning. The answers were analysed and compared. The approach to the bullying prevention was found out to be different. Furthermore the documents and the legislation of the both countries were compared. In Olomouc there were a higher number of trained teachers and better cooperation of the schools with other institutions. More differences were identified in the form of parents cooperation and in the legislation. There is the difference in the schools cooperation with institutions, organizations and persons between the schools in CR and Germany. In the Czech Republic the private sector prevails while in Germany it is the state sector.
