Bakalářská práce nejprve teoreticky pojednává o sportovním výkonu obecně, dále pak o sportovním výkonu v tenise. Výzkumná část práce je věnována analýze herních charakteristiky finalistek Mistrovství světa družstev do čtrnácti let v roce 2009 v Prostějově. Analýza byla provedena na základě sledování videozáznamu dvou finálových utkání a následného vyhodnocení vybraných herních charakteristik. Vyhodnocené údaje byly sestaveny do tabulek, diskutovány z hlediska jejich úrovně, a také bylo provedeno srovnání sledovaných hráček. Výsledky analýzy ukazují, jak nedostatky, tak přednosti jednotlivých hráček - jsou tedy důležitým nástrojem ke zkvalitňování výkonu hráček do budoucna.The bachelor thesis first studies a sport performance from the theoretical and general point of view, then it studies the sport performance in tennis. The research part of my thesis is devoted to the analysis of play characteristics of the finalists of World team championship of Under 14 category in 2009 in Prostějov. The analysis was carried out based on analyzing a video record of two final matches and the following evaluation of collected play characteristics. General data was put into tables, discussed from the point of their level and a comparison of the selected players was carried out. The results of the analysis show what deficiencies and pluses the selected players have ? the analysis are an important tool to improve the quality of the performance of players in the future.
