Diplomová práce s názvem ?Různorodost šumivých vín ve Francii se zaměřením na oblast Champagne? se zabývá problematikou pěstování vinné révy, výrobou šampaňského, jeho historii, a snaží se nalézt odpověď na otázku: ? Proč se šampaňské stalo symbolem luxusu a prestiže?? Druhá část se zabývá tématem respektu k tradici, kvalitě a legislativním prostředím v oblasti Champagne. Praktická část představuje jednu z nejluxusnějších značek šampaňského; G.H. Mumm a je doplněna dotazníkem, který se týká znalosti šumivých vín. Výsledek práce by měl podat ucelený obraz o oblasti Champagne a výrobě jednoho z nejslavnějších nápojů světa, které se stalo symbolem luxusu.The thesis ? Diversity of sparkling wine in France, mainly in Champagne? examine the problems of growing the vine, it´s production, history, types of wine in the region of Champagne. It tries to answer the following question: ?Why the champagne is considered like the symbol of luxury and prestige?? Second part is concerned with the question of quality, respect to the tradition and legal environement for the champagne production. Practical part presents the House of Champagne G.H.Mumm, one of the most famous mark in the world. It contains question form which is associated with Champagne region and sparkling wine. The results of the thesis should propose the integral picture of Champagne region and the describtion of the production of one of the most famous and luxurious beverage in the world.
