Práce se zabývá specifiky vnitrofiremní komunikace. Jejím cílem je popis interního komunikačního systému ve vybrané organizaci na podkladu teoretických východisek a výsledků dotazníkového šetření. Teoretická část nastiňuje téma komunikace, blíže se pak věnuje problematice interní komunikace. Přibližujeme v ní také prostředí firmy, kde byl výzkum realizován. Výzkumná část zahrnuje popis výzkumu, vzorku zapojených zaměstnanců i užité metody. Předkládáme v ní výsledky analýzy vnitrofiremní komunikace, závěry se snažíme interpretovat a doplnit o návrh dalšího postupu.This thesis deals with the specifics of internal communication. Its aim is to describe the internal communication system in chosen organization based on theoretical background and the results of a survey. The theoretical part outlines the theme of communication and addresses more specifically the issues of internal communication. We present the environment of the company where the research was carried out. The research section includes a description of the testing, sample of employees involved and the method used. We present the results of the analysis of internal communication and try to interpret the statistics, proposing future procedures.
