Práce mapuje právní jazyk tří jazykových oblastí: české, německé a nizozemské a porovnává jejich vývoj a současný stav. Zabývá se překladem terminologie obchodního práva mezi nepříbuznými jazyky a nabízí některé překladatelské postupy a řešení vyskytujících se problémů.The dissertation is mapping the language of three language regions: czech, german and dutch and is comparing their development and actual state. Furthermore the dissertation is dealing with the translation of terminology of the business law in case of nonrelated languages and gives some translation methods and solutions of problems with the translation.
