Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá počátky rehabilitace po kardiochirurgických intervencích a jejím dalším vývojem do současnosti. Dále se zaměřuje na nejběžnější výkony a kardiochirurgické přístupy, které se v dnešní době provádějí a do značné míry ovlivňují následnou rehabilitaci. Na základě studia odborné literatury byly sepsány první zmínky o rehabilitaci v kardiochirurgii. Dále pak tato práce popisuje nejčastější pooperační komplikace a s nimi spojenou rehabilitaci a následnou terapii. Jsou zde předloženy dosavadní poznatky ohledně průběhu rehabilitace jak v České republice, tak v zahraničí.This Bachelor Thesis deals with the early rehabilitation after cardiac surgical interventions and its further development to the present. Then it is focused on the most common cardiac procedures and cardiac surgical approaches which are performed today and that largely influence the following rehabilitation. The first mention of cardiac rehabilitation is described on the basis of the study of expert literature. Furthermore this work describes the most common postoperative complications and associated rehabilitation and following treatment. There are presented the current pieces of knowledge about the process of rehabilitation in the Czech Republic and abroad.
