Předmětem bakalářská práce je problematika klokánkování. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit přehledovou studii, popsat metodu klokánkování a předložit poznatky o výhodách jejího využití pro nedonošené novorozence. Dále popisuje problematiku nedonošených novorozenců, etické problémy neonatologie,důležitost psychické podpory rodičů a poukazuje na nutnost podpory bondingu, rané vazby vztahu matka-dítě, jenž je předčasným porodem bezesporu narušena. Práce je určena porodním asistentkám, neonatologickým sestrám a rodičům nedonošených dětí umístěných na oddělení novorozenecké jednotky intenzivní péče.The subject of this bachelor thesis regards the Kangaroo Mother Care issues. The purpose of this thesis was to formulate an overview study, describe the method of the Kangaroo Mother Care and to present knowledge of advantages of use for premature newborns. There are further described problems of the premature neonates, ethical problems of neonatology, the importance of psychological support for parents, and there is also pointed out the necessity to promote bonding - the early bond between mother and child, which is undoubtedly disturbed due to a premature birth. This bachelor thesis is intended for midwives, neonatal nurses and parents of premature babies being hospitalized at Newborn Intensive Care Unit Wards.
