Tématem této bakalářské práce je GBS - streptokoková infekce v těhotenství a za porodu. Je vypracována jako přehledová studie. Práce se zabývá historií GBS, mikrobiologií a laboratorní diagnostikou GBS a zásadami odběru kultivací v těhotenství. Přehledně uvádí rizika GBS pro matku a její dítě. Práce pojednává o problematice GBS, jejím výskytu, doporučených postupech, rizikových faktorech, léčbě a péči o novorozence GBS pozitivních a negativních matek, a to jak v České republice, tak v zahraničí. Cílem této práce je shrnout dostupné informace o doporučených postupech odběru GBS v graviditě a léčbě GBS pozitivních matek za porodu, a zjistit zda a jak se liší od postupů v zahraničí. Práce se opírá o odborné články vydané pod záštitou české gynekologicko - porodnické společnosti v odborných časopisech, např. časopis Česká gynekologie a Praktická gynekologie, a také o oficiální internetové stránky zahraničních gynekologicko - porodnických společností, např. www.dggg.de a www.cdc.gov.The topic of this thesis is GBS - streptococcal infection during pregnancy and labour. The bachelor thesis is written as a survey paper. The paper describes the history of GBS, microbiology and laboratory diagnosis of GBS cultures and principles of collection of specimens in pregnancy. This work methodicaly describes the risks of GBS to the mother and her child. The thesis deals with problems of GBS, its incidence, best practices, risk factors,and treatment of newborn babies born to GBS positive and negative mothers, both in the Czech Republic and abroad. The aim of this paper is to summarize available information on the recommended GBS sampling procedures during pregnancy and treatment of GBS-positive mothers in childbirth, and determine whether and how they differ from those abroad. The work is based on scientific articles published under the auspices of the Czech Gynecological - Obstetric Society in professional journals, such as Česká gynekologie and Praktická gynekologie, and also the official website of the foreign gynecology - obstetric societies such www.dggg.de and www.cdc.gov.
