Bakalářská práce prezentuje doposud publikované informace o možnostech léčby benigních striktur jícnu pomocí stentů. Etiologie benigních striktur jícnu je různorodá a terapie se zásadně liší od striktur maligních. Cílem práce je shrnout možnosti nechirurgické léčby. Je zde popisována především dilatační léčba a léčba pomocí implantovaných jícnových stentů. Jako studie pacientů byly použity informace v doposud publikované literatuře, z nichž byly získány výsledky léčby. Poznatky nutné pro tvorbu bakalářské práce byly dohledány v periodikách Česká radiologie, Česká a slovenská gastroenterologie a hepatologie, Postgraduální medicína, Endoskopie, Folia gastroenterologica et hepatologica, Gastrointestinal endoscopy, World J Gastroenterol.The thesis presented so far published informations about treatment of benign esophageal strictures with stents. Etiology of benign esophageal strictures is varied and therapy is fundamentally different from malignant strictures. Goal of this paper is to summarize the non-surgical treatment options. There are mainly described dilatation therapy and treatment with implanted esophageal stents.
