Bakalářská práce se zabývá především korekcí keratokonu se zaměřením na kontaktní čočky a dále shrnuje současné možnosti léčby tohoto onemocnění. Keratokonus je onemocnění rohovky. Z tohoto důvodu je jí věnována první kapitola. Následující část charakterizuje základní znaky a klasifikaci keratokonu. Dále je popsána jeho diagnostika, která by se měla provést před každou korekcí a léčbou.This Bachelor Thesis deals mainly with the correction of Keratoconus with the focus on contact lenses and it also summarizes the current possibilities of treatment of the disease. Keratoconus is a disease of the cornea. For this reason the first chapter is devoted to the cornea. The following part defines the basic features and a classification of Keratoconus. Last but not least the diagnosis, which should be made before each correction and treatment, is described.
