Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit subjektivní vnímání vlastní pozice asistenta v praxi a ve vztahu k legislativě. Dále nastínit reálnou situaci a podmínky, ve kterých asistenti pedagoga vykonávají svoji profesi. V teoretické části shromažďuje dostupné informace o povolání asistenta pedagoga jako výchozí bod šetření. Pro praktickou část bylo použito ankety rozdělené do čtyř tematických okruhů, které se zabývaly vnímanou podstatou profese asistenta pedagoga, obsahem povolání asistenta pedagoga, podmínky práce asistenta pedagoga a činnosti asistenta pedagoga v hodinách tělesné výchovy.The aim of the thesis was to investigate the subjective perception of assistant positions in practice and in relation to legislation. Furthermore, the real situation and outline the conditions under which teachers' assistants carry out their profession. The theoretical section collects information on available career teaching assistant as a starting point of investigation. For the practical part was used the survey divided into four thematic areas, which dealt with the perceived nature of the profession teaching assistant, teaching assistant profession content, working conditions and activities teaching assistant teacher in physical education classes.
