Práce obsahuje souhrn významných psychologických teorií o agresi a agresivitě. Můžeme také konstatovat, že výkon profese řezník bourač zvyšuje míru agresivity na škále pocitů viny, měřené inventářem BDI.The dissertation contains a summary of important psychological theories about aggression and aggressiveness. We focus on circumstances of the origin of aggression as a characteristic and its development in time, research factors which lead to the manifestation of aggressive behaviour and also a possibility to change an extent of aggression. An empirical part of the thesis answers a question whether people having higher extent of aggression choose butcher apprenticeship intentionally. A survey part finds out if performing butcher profession changes an extent of aggression measured by B-D-I inventory. A survey sample consists of 32 respondents (divided into three selection groups). By statistic analysis we discovered if there is any difference between butcher apprentices and apprentices of other specialization in extent of aggression. Then we compared by statistic analysis butcher apprentices and butcher ? slaughtermen. From statistic point of view survey results showed important difference on the scale of physical aggression of B-D-I inventory between the group of butcher apprentices and apprentices of other professions. Butcher ? slaughtermen evinced lower extent of physical aggression then the group of butcher apprentices but butcher ? slaughtermen evinced significantly higher extent of aggression on the scale of guilt - feelings measured by B-D-I inventory than the selected group of butcher ? apprentices. Although survey consisted of few respondents, on the basis of survey results it can be said that people having higher extent of aggression choose butcher apprenticeship. It can be also said that performing butcher ? slaughterman profession changes the extent of aggression on the scale of guilt ? feelings measured by B-D-I inventory.
