Práce se zabývá specifiky léčebné rehabilitace u pacientů s přítomností nebo rizikem vzniku syndromu diabetické nohy. Cílem práce je popis etiologie a patofyziologie onemocnění a souhrn terapeutických, preventivních a režimových opatření a postupů vhodných pro osoby s rizikem vzniku nebo přítomností ulcerací. V práci jsou popsány používané metody a doporučení, cílené na prevenci vzniku a podporu hojení defektů dolních končetin. Práce je zaměřená především na stadia léčená konzervativně. Dále je uvedena kazuistika pacienta se syndromem diabetické nohy.The thesis deals with the specifics of medical rehabilitation of patients with the presence or risk of occurrence of diabetic foot syndrome. The objective of the work is to describe the etiology and pathophysiology of the disease and to summarize the therapeutic, preventive and regime measures and procedures suitable for people with risk or presence of ulcerations. The thesis describes the used methods and recommendations aimed at preventing the occurrence and supporting the healing of defects of lower extremities. The work is mainly focused on those stages that do not lead to amputations. Furthermore, the work includes a case report of a patient with diabetic foot syndrome.
