Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na řešení problému, jak zpestřit výuku chemie,která je pro žáky nepochopitelná, náročná a nudná. Je potřeba přitáhnout žáky k přírodním vědám, pomoci žákům, lépe je chápat, namotivovat je pro studium přírodních věd. Proto jsem se zde snažila pro žáky i pro učitele zajímavou a netradiční formou zpracovat pokusy ze základů analytické chemie, a to s potravinami, se kterými přijdou denně do kontaktu. Práce je rozdělena na tři oddíly. V teoretické části je popsána teorie výuky, její metody, ale také taxonomie výukových cílů podle Blooma. Ve druhém oddílu, který je věnován učitelům chemie, je popsána taxonomie výukových cílů podle Tollingerové, a podle této taxonomie jsou pak vytvořeny otázky a úkoly k jednotlivým cvičením. Dále jsou zde návody ke cvičením pro učitele, přibližná doba trvání, užitečné typy nebo výpočty pro míchání roztoků potřebných ke cvičením. V poslední části, která je věnována dětem, se zabývám zábavným a názorným vysvětlením úkolů, metod a jejich principů. Úvodní motivaci tvoří příběh ducha Chemči, bývalého učitele chemie, který si musel odpykat trest a dokázat alespoň jednomu dítěti, že chemie není nuda. Zanechal po sobě knihu Kuchařka zvídavého chemika, která je právě obsahem třetí části bakalářské práce.The bachelor thesis deals with the issue how to liven up chemistry classes, which are often incomprehensible, demanding and boring for students. There is a need to attract students by natural sciences, help students understand them and be motivated to study them. Therefore I tried to elaborate experiments from basics of analytic chemistry for students and teachers in an interesting and untraditional way. I chose experiments with those groceries which they encounter every day. The bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. In the theoretical part there is a theory of classes, their methods and Bloom´s taxonomy of teaching aims. In the second part devoted to chemistry teachers there is Tollinger´s taxonomy of teaching aims and there are questions and tasks to exercises based on this taxonomy. There are also instructions to exercises for teachers, approximate time, useful tips or calculations for mixing solutions needed for the exercises. In the third part, which is devoted to children, I deal with entertaining and visual explanation of tasks, methods and their principles. There is an introductory motivation with a story of a Chemistry Ghost ?Chemča?, former teacher of chemistry, who had to do his term by proving to at least one child that chemistry is not boring. He bequeathed the Cookbook of a Curious Chemist, which is included in the third part of the bachelor thesis.
