Disertační práce se věnuje problematice logopedické intervence u osob s poruchou autistického spektra v České republice a je členěna do dvou hlavních pasáží na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části sumarizujeme aktuální informace týkající se terminologie, symptomatologie, etiologie, diagnostiky a speciálně-edukačních či terapeutických přístupů k jedincům s poruchou autistického spektra. Vzhledem k orientaci této práce se blíže zaměřujeme na specifika narušené komunikační schopnosti u vybrané klientely. Praktická část je cílená jak na analýzu stávající situace v poskytované logopedické intervence v České republice, tak na zprostředkování ucelených informací (doporučení) pro její realizaci u osob s poruchou autistického spektra. K analýze poskytované logopedické intervence byl za hlavní výzkumnou metodu zvolen dotazník a distribuován třem heterogenním skupinám respondentů (kliničtí logopedi, speciální pedagogové a rodiče dětí s poruchou autistického spektra). Hlavním cílem daného kroku je získání reflexí na zkoumanou problematiku ze tří odlišných úhlů pohledu. Druhý úsek této práce je diferencován do dílčích kapitol věnujících se například navázání kontaktu s osobou s PAS, anamnestickému rozhovoru, dále je dedikován prostor pro hodnocení narušené komunikační schopnosti, pro vybavení logopedického pracoviště, správný výběr pomůcek a další oblasti stávající se integrální součástí práce logopeda. Nedílným elementem disertační práce je analýza získaných výsledků, doporučení pro oblast teorie a praxe speciální pedagogiky a sumarizující závěr.The dissertation deals with the issues of speech intervention for the people suffering autistic disorders in the Czech Republic, and is divided in two main chapters - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part sums up the current information related to the terminology, symptomatology, etiology, diagnostics and special-education or therapeutic approach to the individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Due to the orientation of this paper we are taking closer look at the specific features of impaired communication abilities of the selected clientele. The practical part aims at both the analysis of the current situation of speech therapy provided in the Czech Republic and the supply of comprehensive information (recommendations) for its implementation with the people suffering from autistic disorders. Questionnaire was selected as the main method to analyze the speech therapy provided, distributed to three homogenous groups of respondents (clinical speech therapists, special education teachers and parents of the children with autism spectrum disorder). The main objective of the step was to collect feedback related to the subject issues from three different points of view. The second chapter of this paper is divided into specific parts dealing e.g. with the issue of establishing contact with a person suffering from PAS, or case history interview; other topics include impaired communication skill evaluation, equipment of speech therapy room, correct selection of aides and other aspects that have become an integral part of speech therapist's work. Analysis of the results is an integral element of the dissertation, together with both theoretical and practical recommendations for special needs educational science, and executive summary.
