Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním neziskové organizace Charita Kopřivnice, její současné role, historického vývoje a možností do budoucna. V teoretické části je popsán vývoj charitativní činnosti v různých epochách, včetně ukotvení v sociálním učení církve. Na historických meznících zkoumané organizace je objasněn vývoj její role a vztah k nejdůležitějším projektům. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou současného stavu, personalistiky, ekonomiky i struktury uživatelů jejich služeb. Její součástí je i SWOT analýza. O závěry těchto analýz se opírají konkrétní opatření, jejichž realizace přispěje ke zlepšení výsledků ve sledovaných oblastech.This Bachelor's thesis is concerned with the investigation of the not-for-profit organization of Charita Kopřivnice (Kopřivnice Charity), its current role, historical development, and future possibilities. The theoretical part describes the development of charitable activities in diverse epochs, including their embedding in the social doctrine of the Church. The historical milestones of the investigated organization clarify the development of its role and its relation to the most important projects. The practical part is concerned with the analysis of the current state, human resources, economy, and structure of the users of its services. Part of the practical part is a SWOT analysis. Factual measures, whose implementation will contribute to the improvement of results in the monitored spheres, are based on the conclusions of these analyses.
