Tématem této práce jsou vybrané aspekty postavení žen v české společnosti v kontextu sociální práce. Cílem práce je zmapovat vývoj a současný stav postavení žen v české společnosti, a to v kontextu sociální práce. Práce je tedy mimo jiné zaměřena na feministickou perspektivu v sociální práci a její význam, na sociální práci s ženami ve vybraných cílových skupinách a na nestátní neziskové organizace poskytující ženám ve vybraných životních situacích pomoc. Práce má upozornit sociální pracovníky a pracovnice na genderové stereotypy a má jim je pomoci reflektovat.The topic of this thesis are selected aspects of the position of women in czech society in the context of the social work. The goal of this thesis is mapping of the history of the position of women and of current status of this topic in the czech society in the context of the social work. Thesis offers preview on feminist perspective in the social work and its importance, on social work with women in different situations and on nongovernmental non-profit organizations providing help to women in different situations. The thesis should warn social workers to gender stereotypes and should help them to reflect these stereotypes.
