Předmětem práce je analyzovat vybranou skupinu populárně naučných publikací, ve kterých budou hledány teoretické stopy transmisivního přístupu ke komunikaci. Toto téma bylo zvoleno na základě předpokladu, že komunikační teorie je provázána s komunikační pra-xí, a cílem práce je tento vztah identifikovat. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, první část vy-tvoří teoretický rámec, jenž představí problematiku vymezení komunikačního procesu a podobu komunikace v organizaci, načež bude zaměřeno především na specifické identifi-kační prvky transmisivního přístupu ke komunikaci. V druhé části práce budou tyto identifi-kační prvky převedeny do výzkumných otázek, pomocí nichž budou vyhledávány teoretické stopy ve zkoumaném vzorku praktických publikací. Odpovědi na tyto otázky následně utvoří závěr práce, který bude prezentovat výsledné tvrzení, zda lze, či nelze prokázat souvislost mezi teorií přenosového přístupu a jeho komunikační praxí.The aim of the thesis is to analyze the chosen group of educational publications within which the theoretical characteristics of the transmissive approach to communication will be researched. The topic was chosen based on the hypothesis that a communication theory is connected with a communication practise and the main goal of this thesis is to identify their relationship then. The work is divided into two parts, where the first part creates a theoretical framework presenting the issue of a communication process definition and the form of com-munication within a management. Moreover, the specific identification elements of the trans-missive approach to communication will be of the main focus. In the second part, these identi-fication elements will be transformed into research questions which subsequently will be used to find out theoretical characteristics within practical publications under the investigation. The answers to these questions will create the conclusion of the thesis. The conclusion will discuss the resulting claim, if it is possible to prove a connection between the theory of the transmis-sive approach and its communication practise, or not.
