Hlavním tématem práce je analýza situace na trhu práce v okrese Zlín zaměřená na vlivy hospodářské krize. Zkoumána je struktura zaměstnanosti v letech 1989, 1999, 2001, 2011. Součástí práce je i vývoj nezaměstnanosti a základních ukazatelů trhu práce, jak v období od roku 1990 ? 2008, tak i po roce 2008, kdy byly patrné vlivy ekonomické krize. Velká část práce je věnována roli cizinců a problémovým skupinám a jejich situaci na trhu práce. Zvláště jsou pak hodnoceny dopady krize ve vybraných firmách studovaného území.The main subject of my thesis is to analyse the situation in the labour market in the district of Zlín which is focused on the effects of the economic crisis. There is examined the structure of employment in the years 1989, 1999, 2001, 2011. The part of the work is the development of the unemployment and basic indicators of labour market, both in the period 1990-2008 and after 2008, when the effects of economic crisis were evident. The big part of the thesis is dedicated to the role of foreigners and problem groups and their situation in the labour market. Especially there are evaluated effects of the crisis in selected companies of studied area.
