Diplomová práca sa zaoberá analýzou foriem oslovovania v súčasnej európskej portugalčine. Portugalčina má viacero možných foriem oslovovania, v ktorých sa majú problém zorientovať nie len cudzinci, ale aj samotní Portugalci. Z tohto dôvodu je cieľom práce zosystematizovať formy oslovovania a pomôcť eliminovať pochybnosti v ich používaní. V prvej kapitole je vysvetlená charakteristika a súčasný stav foriem oslovovania a sú rozdelené z rôznych lingvistických hľadísk. Druhá kapitola je venovaná ich historickému vývoju, od kráľovských čias až po súčasnosť. Práca je zameraná hlavne na formu voce, pri ktorej sa ani sami Portugalci nezhodujú v jej (ne)používaní. V tretej kapitole je pozornosť venovaná brazílskej portugalčine a rozdielom vo formách oslovovania v Brazílii a Portugalsku. Štvrtá kapitola obsahuje rozbor faktorov, ktoré vplývajú na ich výber a použitie a taktiež analýzu dotazníka, kde respondentmi boli Portugalci rôzneho pohlavia a veku, z ktorého je následne vyhodnotená aktuálna situácia používania foriem oslovovania v európskej portugalčine. V poslednej, piatej kapitole, sú prezentované zistené závery a poukazuje sa na tendencie a smerovanie, ku ktorým sa formy oslovovania uberajú.The master thesis analyzes the forms of address in current European Portuguese. Portuguese has a large number of possible forms of address, that not only foreigners but also native speakers find difficult to use and understand. Therefore the aim of the thesis is to systematize the forms of address and help to eliminate doubts about their usage. The first chapter includes the characteristics and the view of the current situation of the forms and it is dividied according to different linguistic aspects. The second chapter is dedicated to their historical evolution from Middle Ages to the present. The thesis is mainly focused on the form voce, where even the native speakers have problems to agree/disagree on its usage. The third chapter is devoted to Brazilian Portuguese and differences in forms in Brazil and Portugal. The fourth chapter contains the explanation of the factors that affect their selection and usage and an analysis of the questionnaire. The respondents were the Portuguese of different gender and age. As a result, the current status of the usage of the forms of address in European Portuguese is evaluated. In the last, fifth chapter, the discovered conclusions as well as the future trends are presented.
