Specifikace a podrobný popis programu talent managementu (TM), který Česká spořitelna realizovala v letech 2009 - 2010 a poskytnutí vlastního návrhu pro možné budoucí zlepšení konceptu talent managementu. Objasnění pojmu talent management, jeho role ve firmě a dalších pojmů, které jsou s talent managementem spjaty. Při získávání informací byly využity interní materiály České spořitelny, rozhovory s expertem centra odbornosti úseku lidských zdrojů v této bance. Ze získaných dat vznikl popis programu talent managementu a v závěru práce pak také vlastní návrh dalšího konceptu a práce s talenty pro Českou spořitelnu.Spezification and a short desription of the program talent management (TM), there was iplemented in the Ceska sporitelna in years 2009 - 2010 and own plan for the possible next improvement of this program. To explain a concept of talent management, his character in the company and a clarification of the next conceptes, there are united with the talent management concept. There were used inside materials of the Ceska sporitelna and interviews with the expert of the expertise centre during the networking of information. Out of these information there was created a description of program talent management and the end of my work there is described my own concept of the next program talent management and activities with talented staffer in the Ceska sporitelna.
