Tato práce se zabývá novověkou ústní disputací. Má za cíl vytvořit základní obraz novověké disputace, a to zejména z hlediska jejich kořenů, procesu, úskalí a možností. První kapitola se pokouší nalézt a blíže určit možné kořeny. To je pro hlubší pochopení novověké disputace nezbytné, protože ta představuje až závěrečnou fázi dlouhé tradice ústní praxe. Druhá kapitola má hlavně přiblížit a diskutovat jednotlivé procedurální kroky. Třetí kapitola naznačí některá teoreticko-procedurální a kulturně-společenská úskalí s metodou spojená. Tato negativa jsou v poslední části třetí kapitoly alespoň částečně vyvážena ukázáním obecných možností, které by disputace mohla skýtat dnes.This thesis deals with the modern viva voce disputation. It aims to create a basic image of this subject, especially in terms of its roots, the process, difficulties and possibilities. The first chapter tries to find and characterize the possible roots. This is necessary for a deeper understanding of the modern disputation because it represents as late as the final phase of a long tradition of oral practice. The second chapter is mainly to bring and discuss the individual procedural steps. The third chapter indicates some of the theoretically-procedural and culturally- social difficulties associated with the method. These negatives are at least partially compensated in the final part of the third chapter by showing the general possibilities that disputation could render today.
