Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza motivačního programu, jeho příprava a zavedení na konkrétní škole. V teoretické části jsou popsány dosavadní poznatky o motivaci a motivačních teoriích, motivační program, jeho funkce a sestavení. Praktická část představuje konkrétní organizaci. Na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření byl zjištěn motivační profil jednotlivých zaměstnanců a jejich míra spokojenosti. Je zde uveden přehled stimulačních prostředků. Závěr práce obsahuje návrh postupu tvorby motivačního programu pro danou školu.The theme of the bachelor work is an analysis of the motivational programme, its preparation and introduction at a particular school. In the theoretical part the current knowledge of the motivation and motivational theories, as well as the motivational programme, its function and completing are described. The practical part represents the particular organization.On the basis of a questionnaire research results a motivational profile of the individual emploees and the rate ot their satisfaction were found out. There is also mentioned the survey of the stimulative means. The conclusion of the work contains a proposal for creation of the motivational programme for the particular schoul.
