Práce se zaměřuje na porovnání objektivních metod měření optických vad oka. Tyto metody jsou srovnávány s nejlepší subjektivní refrakcí. Pro měření objektivní refrakce byly vybrány tyto přístroje: autoreraktomer, aberometr a skiaskop. Všechy objektivní hodnoty byly se subjektivní refrakcí porovnány na základě visu a kontrastní citlivosti. V praktické části byla ještě měřena variabilita autorefraktometru a aberometru.The work is focused on the comparison of objective methods for measuring optical defects of the eye. These methods are compared with the best subjective refraction. To measure the objective refraction were the following devices: autoreraktometer, and retinoscop aberrometer. All objective values ??were compared with subjective refraction by visual acuity and contrast sensitivity. In the practical part was still measured variability of autorefraktometer and aberrometer.
