Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na poradenství pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. První část je věnována osobám se zdravotním postižením, jejich specifickým potřebám, rehabilitaci, poradenství a ostatním sociálním službám jim určeným. Druhá část práce je případovou studií Centra pro zdravotně postižené kraje Vysočina, které poskytuje osobám se zdravotním postižením sociální poradenství. V práci je ukázáno, jak lze prostřednictvím odborného sociálního poradenství pomáhat osobám se zdravotním postižením v jejich soběstačnosti, nezávislosti a jak přispívá ke zvyšování či udržení kvality jejich života. V závěru je vysvětlena důležitost poradenství jako součást sociální rehabilitace osob se zdravotním postižením.The bachelor thesis is focused on counseling for people with disabilities. The first part is devoted to people with disabilities, their specific needs, rehabilitation, counseling and other social services designed for them. The second part is a case study of The Center for Disabled people of the Vysočina Region, which provides people with disabilities, social counseling. The thesis demonstrates, how through professional social counseling to assist people with disabilities in their self-sufficiency, independence and how it contributes to increase or maintain their quality of life. In the conclusion, is explained the importance of counseling as part of social rehabilitation of people with disabilities.
