Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zjištění spokojenosti klientů a jejich rodin s nabízenými službami. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na stáří, specifika stáří, adaptace na stáří, konkrétní nemocemi klientů zařízení a soužití seniora s rodinou. Kapitola o zdravotně postižených se konkrétně zabývá postižením klientů. Teoretickou část uzavírá podrobná kapitola o charitním zařízení Domovinka. V empirické části autorka pomocí techniky dotazníku pro pečující rodiny a polostrukturovaného rozhovoru klienty zjišťuje celkovou spokojenost se zařízením a jeho službami, podrobně jsou rozebrány výzkumné otázky a jejich zhodnocení. V závěru autorka nabízí několik řešení na zlepšení služeb.The bachelors thesis is focused on finding the satisfaction of clients and their families with offered services. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter focuses on old age, specific of old age, adaptation to old age, specific diseases of clients from the facilitie and senior living together with his family. The chapter about disabled is specifically concerned with disability of the clients. The theoretical part concludes the detailed chapter about the caritas facility Domovinka. In the empirical part, the author using the techniques of questionnaire for famileis and semistructured interview with clients determines overall satisfaction with the facility and its services are discussed in detail the research questions and their evaluation. In the end, the author offers several solutions to improve services.
