Vymedzuje pojem kríza, identifikuje príčiny jej vzniku, typy kríz, ich priebeh a charakterizuje krízu stredného veku ako typický príklad vývojovej krízy. Identifikuje tiež spôsoby vyrovnávania sa s krízou stredného veku a možnosti jej riešenia. Vymedzuje formy neformálnej i formálnej pomoci v kríze, navrhuje možnosti a identifikuje limity andragogickej intervencie pri prekonávaní krízy stredného veku.The work reflects the influence of the middle age crisis on the adult in his middle age. Also it identifies the ways of coping with the middle age crises and the possibilities of its solving.
