Cílem této práce je popsat koncept experienciální inteligence a s ním související pojem konstruktivní myšlení a srovnat je s konceptem intelektuální inteligence. Východiskem jsou teorie myšlení a inteligence. Významnýmoddílem teoretické části práce je popis kognitivně-experienciální teorie já, jejímž autorem je S. Epstein a z níž vychází koncept experienciální inteligence. Výzkum se zaměřuje na zjištění struktury konstruktivního myšlenía osobnostních charakteristik lidí s nadprůměrně vysokým IQ (členové organizace Mensa ČR) azjištěné výsledky jsou porovnány s výsledky populace, jejíž IQ je nižší než nadprůměrně vysoké. Pro zjištění úrovně konstruktivního myšlení je použit dotazník CTI, pro zjištění osobnostních charakteristik dotazník NEO-FFI. Výsledky výzkumu odpovídají výsledkům analogických výzkumů, a sice že experienciální inteligence a struktura osobnosti nesouvisí s úrovní racionální inteligence. Výzkumem však byly zjištěny i významné vnitroskupinové rozdíly experimentální skupiny, jejichž analýza by měla být předmětem dalších výzkumů.The aim of the thesis is to describe concept of experiential intelligence and related term of constructive thinking and to compare both with concept ofintellectual intelligence. Theories of thinking and intelligence are basis for the thesis. Important section of the theoretical part of the text isdescription of Cognitive-Experiential Self-Theory (CEST). S. Epstein, the author of the CEST, lays down principles of experiential intelligence in it. The research is focused on detecting structure of constructive thinking of people whose IQ is superior (Mensa CR members) and its results are compared to results of population whose IQ is lower than superior. Structure of constructive thinking isfound out using CTI and structure of personality characteristics is found out using NEO-FFI. The results of the research correspond to the analogue researches stating that experiential intelligence and structure of personality do not correlate with level of rational intelligence. Another result of research intragroup shows differences of Mensa group; analysis of such differences should take place in next researches.
