Cílem této práce je zjistit, do jaké míry ovlivňuje posterolaterální torakotomie funkci homolaterálního ramenního pletence. Teoretická část se věnuje kineziologii ramenního pletence a trupu a dále stručnému popisu operací v oblasti hrudníku. Praktická část zkoumala pomocí povrchové elektromyografie m. stratus anterior, m. pectoralis major a m. latissimus dorsi v rámci pohybových aktivit a pomocí goniometru jsme měřili rozsahy pohybů na operované straně. Měření bylo provedeno na pacientech po posterolaterální torakotomii a na zdravých probandech. Hodnotili jsme míru aktivace uvedených svalů pacientů v průběhu vybraných činností a výsledky jsme poté porovnávali s kontrolní skupinou zdravých jedinců.The aim of this work is to determine how the posterolateral thoracotomy influences a function of a shoulder girdle. The theoretical part is devoted to the kinesiology of the shoulder girdle and the trunk. The practical part researched m. stratus anterior, m. pectoralis major and m. latissimus dorsi with the help of surface electromyography and the range of motion on the operated side with the help of a goniometer. A measurement was performed on the patients after posterolateral thoracotomy and on a group of healthy persons. We evaluated the rate of activation of the mentioned muscles during the selected activities. The results were compared with the control group.
