Teoretická část diplomové práce shrnuje poznatky o bolesti a bolestech zad z psychologické roviny pohledu a dále je zaměřena na problematiku vztahu mezi délkou rehabilitace u pacientů po neurochirurgických zákrocích v oblasti bederní páteře pro degenerativní onemocnění a psychickou zátěží ve vztahu k zaměstnání. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, zda existuje nějaký významný vztah mezi délkou rehabilitace a psychickou zátěží při práci u zkoumané skupiny pacientů. Výzkumná část byla realizována pomocí dotazníkového a telefonického šetření u 58 respondentů. Na základě výsledků použitých dotazníků zjišťujících psychickou zátěž při práci a neurotické tendence byla určena korelace s výsledky telefonického šetření, které poskytlo informace o délce rehabilitační léčby daného respondenta.The theoretical part of this thesis summarizes the findings about pain in general and low back pain from the psychological point of view. It focuses on the relationship between the length of rehabilitation of patients with degenerative changes in the area of lower back, who went through neurosurgical operations, and the psychological burden at work. The main goal of this thesis was to determinate whether there is any significant relationship between the length of rehabilitation and psychological burden at work in our examined group of patients. The research was carried out using questionnaire and telephonic investigation of 58 respondents. Based on the results of the questionnaires, the correlation with results from telephonic investigation, which provided information about the length of rehabilitation of respondents, was determined.
