Diplomová práce se zabývala problematikou dysfunkcí rotátorové manžety a jejich ovlivněním fyzioterapií. Hlavním cílem této práce byla objektivizace účinnosti fyzioterapie při dysfunkcích rotátorové manžety pomocí povrchové polyelektromyografie těchto svalů: m. supraspinatus, m. infraspinatus, střední část m. deltoideus, pars descendens m. trapezius, m. latissimus dorsi a m. serratus anterior. Testovaný soubor obsahoval dvanáct probandů s poruchou rotátorové manžety. Každý jedinec byl měřen dvakrát, při přítomnosti dysfunkce a po fyzioterapii dysfunkce. Na základě zpracovaných průměrných hodnot amplitud byla zjišťována velikost svalové aktivity daných svalů a sledovány svalové synergie. Na podkladě těchto údajů byla hodnocena účinnost fyzioterapie.The paper was aimend on dysfunctions of the rotator cuff and possible influence of physical therapy. The main purpose was to objectivize the effect of physical therapy on rotator cuff dysfunctions using surface electromyogfraphy on following muscles: m. supraspinatus, m. infraspinatus, m. deltoideus - middle portion, pars descendens m. trapezius, m. latissimus dorsi and m. serratus anterior. Subjects tested were twelve patients suffering from rotator cuff dysfunction. Each subject was measured twice - with the dysfunction and after the therapeutic intervention. The magnitude of muscle activity and muscle synergies were observed and evaluated based on mean ampitudes. The effect of physical therapy was assessed using these outcomes.
