Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou chovu včel. Nejprve je analyzována ochrana včel vůči vnějším činitelům. Za tyto činitele považuji osoby aplikující chemické přípravky na ochranu porostů a zvířata, která jsou chráněna, ale zpravidla způsobují škody na včelstvech. V další části se zaměřuji na práva a povinnosti chovatelů včel a příslušných správních orgánů. V poslední části pak pojednávám o včelích produktech a jejich uvádění na trh.This thesis deals with the legislation beekeeping. First, it analyzed the bees protection against external agents. For these factors I consider the person applying the chemicals to protect crops and animals that are protected, but usually cause damage to the colonies. The next section focuses on the rights and obligations of the beekeeper and the relevant administrative authorities. In the last section I discuss the bee products and their marketing.
