Diplomová práce je zaměřená na refrakční vady a jejich korekci. Postupně jsou popsány optické modely lidského oka, rozlišovací mez oka a vízus a základy optického zobrazení okem. Dále jsou popsány všechny typy refrakčních vad s charakteristikou každé z nich. Další část práce je věnována korekci refrakčních vad, která je rozdělena do dvou skupin na nechirurgickou a chirurgickou. První skupina popisuje korekci brýlovými a kontaktními čočkami. Druhá skupina je ještě rozdělená do tří podskupin na korekci nelaserovou, laserovou a korekci nitroočními čočkami. Všechny možnosti korekce jsou důkladně popsané. Důležité je také uvést, že do práce jsou přidané kapitoly o aberacích oka, anatomii a fyziologii rohovky a vyšetřovacích metodách před refrakční chirurgii.The diploma thesis is focused on refraction errors and their corrections. Subsequently optical models of the human eye, the resolution limit of the eye, the vizus and finally basics of the optical projection in the eye are defined. Next all types of refraction errors including the characteristics each of them are described. Following chapters of the thesis are devoted to the correction of refraction errors, which are categorized to two groups - on non-surgical treatments and surgical operations. The first group deals with the correction by glasses and contact lens. The second group is further split into three subsets - on the correction without the usage of the excimer laser, operations by the excimer laser and the correction by intraocular lens. All possibilities of corrections are in detail described. It is important to state that additional chapters about aberrations of the eye, the anatomy and physiology of the cornea and pre-operative investigation methods in the refraction surgery were also added.
