Má práce seznamuje čtenáře o metodice Six sigma, jejími počátky v minulosti a základními principy procesu DMAIC. Pro aplikaci metodiky na konkrétním příkladu je uvedena potřebná teorie matematické statistiky. V závěru práce je na příkladech ukázáno sestavení regulačních diagramů, na nichž lze pozorovat vývoj výrobního procesu. Cílem bylo rozhodnout o způsobilosti výrobního procesu na základě vypočítaných indexů způsobilosti.My bachelor thesis informs readers about the methodology of Six Sigma, its origin and the basic principles of DMAIC process. Next, my thesis describes the necessary theory of the mathematical statistics for the application of the procedure on the specific example. In conclusion, there is shown the building of control charts on the examples where can be seen the development process. The aim of my thesis was to decide about the capability of the process on the basis of calculated indices of capability.
