Diplomová práce se zabývá sondou personálních agentur v regionu. Konkrétně je zaměřena na personální konzultanty a jejich skutečnou úroveň schopností. Nástrojem pro ověření je použit personální audit. Úvodní kapitoly zahrnují teoretické vymezení zprostředkovatelen práce a personálního auditu. Dále práce popisuje analýzu lidských zdrojů personálních agentur, samotný personální audit a výsledky sondy personálních agentur. V závěru jsou výsledky porovnány. It is specifically focused on HR consultants and the real tevel of their skills. Personnel audit is jused here as a tool for verification. Introducing chapters involve the theoretikal demarcation of mediation agencies and personnel audit. Further off, the thesis describes the analysis of human resources of personnel agencies, the personnel audit itself and also the results of the survey of personel agencies. The results are compared in the conclusion. On their basis the reflecting proposals of possible changes are formed with the intention to streamline the work performed by HR consultants.
