Práce je zaměřena na řešení sociálně ? patologického jevu v mládežnickém oddíle ledního hokeje neboli dětském školním kolektivu, na základě trenérova odhalení šikany na přelomu srpna a září roku 2010. V teoretické části je definován pojem volný čas a výchova dětí mimo vyučování. Jsou zde rozlišeny základní zájmové činnosti dětí a ozřejměny jejich funkce. Ústředním tématem je lední hokej a specifika mládežnického ledního hokeje. V rámci teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem šikany a její možné příčiny. V praktické části je popsán postup odhalení, šetření a následné řešení šikany ve sportovní třídě základní školy včetně doporučení postupů pro pedagogické i nepedagogické pracovníky, pracujících s dětmi, jak při výskytu tohoto nežádoucího jevu v jejich praxi postupovat.This Bachelor thesis is focused on the process of solving the sociály - pathologic phenomenon in the junior ice-hockey team. It deals with the real case of bullying within the group of elementary school children, which had been discovered by their coach during august and september in 2010. In the theoretical part there is defined term leisure time and the education of children besides and after classes. There are differenciated some basic types of leisure time activities convenient for children and explicated the purpose and function of them. The main focus of this part is on ice - hockey and the junior section of this game in particular. Furthermore, there is a definition of the term bullying and the main reasons why it could emerge. In the practical part of thesis there is described the course of the bullying among the pupils at the elementary school - from the very beginning to the problem solving. Moreover, there are depicted some methods for teachers and instructors of leisure time groups to help them being able to handle with the problem of bullying.
