Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce bylo vytvoření metodického zásobníku cvičení pro nácvik základních specifických dovedností v házené pro děti mladšího školního věku. Tento soubor obsahuje popisy 151 pohybových aktivit doplněné 67 barevnými obrázky. Dílčími cíli pak bylo analyzování odborné literatury, sestavení souboru vhodných pohybových aktivit a zjištění použitelnosti průpravných a herních cvičení a průpravných her v praxi. Tato metodická řada základních házenkářských dovedností by měla sloužit jako informační materiál pro učitele tělesné výchovy na prvním stupni základních škol a trenéry házené.The Master Thesis is, for the main, focused on creating a methodical set of exercises, aiming on basic specific handball skills of young school aged kids. This systematic methodical material contains exactly 151 physical exercises/activities with the description of each exercise. These activities are completed by 67 colored pictures for better visualization. Among the partial aims, we have included the analysis of the existing professional literature focused on this particular topic. This was to be done in order to create the systematic set of exercises, and finding out, which of the preparatory games and exercises are in practice usable. This methodical series of basic handball skills should be used as the informative material (handout) for PE teachers on the first grade of the primary schools, as well as for the coaches of handball.
