Bakalářská práce se věnuje motivaci ve školním prostředí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na teoretická východiska motivace a na její činitele. Praktická část byla vypracována na základě kvalitativního výzkumu prováděného metodou strukturovaného rozhovoru, cílem bylo zjistit rozdíl mezi činiteli ovlivňujícími motivaci před rokem 1989 a po něm.This thesis deals with motivation in the school enviroment. The theoretical part focuses on the theoretical fundamentals of motivation and its factors. The practical part is based on qualitative research conducted by using a structured interview, the aim was to determine the difference between the factors affecting motivation before and after year 1989.
