Diplomová práce se zabývá integrací handicapovaných studentů do české společnosti, potažmo do českého vzdělávacího systému z historického hlediska s přesahem do současnosti. Obsahově je diplomová práce rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část se skládá ze tří kapitol. První kapitola věnuje pozornost cílové skupině, kterou tvoří jedinci s handicapem ve věku 19 - 25 let. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na integraci handicapovaných jedinců do společnosti a na centra pomoci handicapovaným studentům na vysokých školách, konkrétně potom na centrum Slunečnice na VŠB - TU Ostrava. Třetí kapitola se zabývá mezinárodní mobilitou studentů v rámci EU, mezinárodní a českou legislativou, výměnnými vzdělávacími programy a programem Erasmus. V empirické části diplomové práce jsou vyhodnoceny dotazníky týkající se zahraniční mobility handicapovaných studentů a písemně zaznamenané rozhovory s handicapovanými studenty.The thesis deal with integration of handicapped students into Czech society, including the whole Czech education system regarding the historical background and present situation. The thesis consists of two parts - the theoretical one and the practical part. The theoretical part consists of three sections. First section focuses on target group of handicapped students in the age of 19 - 25. The second section deal with the integration of handicapped persons into the society and describes the Centers for handicapped students in higher education, especially the Centre Slunečnice at VSB - TU Ostrava. The third section focuses on international mobilities of students in the EU, international and czech legislation, lifelong learning programmes in the EU and programme Erasmus. In the empirical part there are the questionnaires evaluated and interview with handicapped students.
