Diplomová práce na téma Nonverbální komunikace ve výuce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická obsahuje čtyři kapitoly. První se zabývá základními pojmy a charakteristikou termínu komunikace. Další kapitola popisuje formy komunikace a to komunikaci verbální a zvláště nonverbální, která je zásadní pro tuto práci. Ve třetí kapitole popisuji komunikaci v pedagogickém procesu, její funkci, účastníky a pravidla. Tato kapitola nese název Pedagogická komunikace. Poslední část nalezneme pod názvem Organizační formy a uspořádání učebny, která nás seznámí s možnostmi vedení výuky. V praktické části jsou popsány cíle a hypotézy šetření, metodologie výzkumného šetření i popis zkoumaného vzorku a v závěru shrnutí výsledků dotazníkového šetření. Cílem bylo zjistit, zdali studenti znají význam nonverbální komunikace, prozkoumat spokojenost žáků s vzájemnou komunikací mezi nimi a učiteli, stanovit pořadí nonverbálních projevů, kterých si žák nejvíce všímá a vnímá je za důležité u svého učitele a poslední cíl měl zjistit rozdíl mezi učitelem s profesně kratší /delší praxí v užívání nonverbálních projevů. Cílem výzkumu je poukázat na nepostradatelnost nonverbální komunikace v profesi učitele, jelikož vliv nonverbálních projevů je nezastupitelný a často na opomíjený.Dissertation on "Nonverbal Communication in Education" is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes four chapters. The first chapter deals with basic concepts and characteristics of the term "communication". The next charter describes the forms of communication; these are verbal and especially nonverbal communication, which is essential for this work. The third chapter describes the communication in education process, its function, participants and rules. This chapter is entitled "Educational Communication." The last part is toled "Organizational form and arrangement of classrooms," which introduces us to the possibilities of managing education. The practical section describes the objectives and hypotheses of the investigation, also the research methodology, description of the sample and at the close a summary of survey results. The aim was to investigate whether students know the meaning of nonverbal communication, to explore the satisfaction of students with common communication between them and the teachers, define the order of non-verbal manifestations which the student observes and sees as very it important for teachers. The last objective was to determine the difference between teachers with professionally shorter / longer experience in the use of non-verbal expressions. Aim of the research is to show the indispensability of nonverbal communication in the teaching profession, as the effect of non-verbal expressions is irreplaceable and neglected.
