V diplomové práci se zabýváme situací rodin, kde se narodilo dítě s postižením, jak dítě s postižením ovlivňuje vztahy mezi partnery. V teoretické práci rozepisujeme jednotlivé typy zdravotního postižení, také zde charakterizujeme poruchy autistického spektra. Dále se zabýváme rodinou a narozením dítěte s postižením v rodině. V poslední kapitole teoretické části řešíme rozvod, jak rozvod ovlivňuje děti. V praktické části zjišťujeme pomocí rozhovorů v rodinách, zda narození dítě s postižením ovlivňuje vztah natolik, že dojde k rozchodu či rozvodu partnerů.In the thesis we focus on situation in families in which was the child with a handicap born. We found out how the childbirth with a handicap influenced the relationship among the partners. In theoretical part we define individual types of health handicap and we also define the pervasive developmental disorder. Then we deal with a handicapped child in a family. In last chapter of theoretical part we describe the term of divorce and we describe how the divorce influences the children. In practical part we survey by the interviews in families if the childbirth with a handicap influences the relationship so much that it comes to a breakup or a divorce.
