Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře se systémem náhradní výchovy, pěstounskou péčí, a na ni navazující SOS dětské vesničky. V poslední řadě objasnit aktuální problematiku transformace a sjednocení systému péče o ohrožené děti. Praktická část se zabývá oblastí transformace z pohledu ředitele SOS dětské vesničky.The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The aim is to acquaint the reader with the alternative care system, foster care, and SOS Children's Villages which are connected with foster care. Finally, it is necessary to clarify the current issues of transformation and unification of system of care about vulnerable children. The practical part deals with the transformation from the perspective of the Director of SOS Children's Villages.
