Bakalárská práce popisuje stabilizaci lopatky v otevrených a uzavrených kinematických retezcích. Definuje pojmy ?otevrený a uzavrený kinematický retezec?, srovnává je a udává jejich zarazení do rehabilitacního plánu, a to jak predoperacního, tak pooperacního a posttraumatického. Uvádí základní diagnózy, u kterých je indikováno zarazení stabilizace lopatky do rehabilitacního postupu. Predstavuje nekteré metody (Dynamická neuromuskulární stabilizace, Vojtova metoda, Proprioreceptivní nervová facilitace), kterými je možno stabilizaci lopatky ovlivnit a uvádí i využití pomucek, které k tomuto úcelu mužeme využít (Gymball, Theraband). Pro doplnení práce je uvedena kazuistika.The Bachelor´s thesis describes a stabilization of scapula in open and closed kinematic chains. It defines the terms of an open and a closed kinematic chain, compares them and gives their inclusion in the rehabilitation plan, both preoperative and postoperative and posttraumatic. It enters basic diagnoses, where the stabilization of scapula is indicated for the rehabilitation process. The other part of thesis is a presentation of a few methods (the Dynamic neuromuscular stabilization, the Vojta´s method and the Proprioreceptive neuromuscular facilitation), which we can use to affect stabilization of scapula and also a use of an appropriate aids (Gymball and Theraband). Finally, the thesis is completed by the case report.
