Bakalářská práce se zabývá průzkumem klimatu v mateřské škole, která se skládá ze dvou odloučených pracovišť sloučených do jednoho právního subjektu.Zkoumá vzájemné vztahy na jednotlivých pracovištích a mezi jednotlivými pracovišti navzájem. Výzkum je prováděn na obou pracovištích a to formou dotazníků. Výsledkem průzkumu je vyhodnocení jednotlivých pracovních týmů a navržení případných změn pro jejich zlepšení.This thesis deals with the research of the climate in a nursery school, which consists of two remote sites merged into one legal entity, especially in terms of relations among employees and the school management. It examines relationship at individual workplaces and compares this two remote sites each other. The theoretical part deals with the school climate from the perspective of various authors. It explores internal school environment, school culture and its changes, describes the diagnosis of school climate. The next section deals with the influence of the director as a manager and his skills and looks into interpersonal relationship in life and in the workplace. Also describes the personality of the teacher as an co-creator of the school climate. The empirical part researches the aim of the survey, the characteristics of both research sites and their history. This research is conducted at both sites in the form of the questionnaires. The result of the survey is an evaluation of the individual work teams and their relationships, and proposing any changes for improvement.
